Does the shipping cost include tracking or insurance?

In general NONE of the shipping options include tracking or insurance, unless otherwise specified.

How much is shipping?

Shipping and handling costs vary by region and I'll do my best to find you the best rates. If there is a large descrepincy I will refund the difference.

Do you accept orders from outside of Canada?

Yes, absolutely. If you need a shipping estimate other than what is listed, please email me and I'll look into other options. Unfortunately taxes, customs fees and tariffs are outside of my control.

What is the Magoob Toys return and exchange policy?

All sales are final.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is hand made and may take 5-10 days to prepare. For efficiency, all processed orders ship twice a week on Tuesday or Thursday depending on when the order is received. If you need it quicker please email me and I'll see what can be done. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
